Stanley C. Middleman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Mortgage Corporation, a national, full-service mortgage banker headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ. The company is one of the 10 largest mortgage originators nationally and was ranked the top VA originator for 2016. Freedom Mortgage has been ranked in the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies for five consecutive years, earning a place on the Inc. 5000 Honor Roll for 2017. In addition to his role leading Freedom Mortgage, Mr. Middleman is a prominent business strategist within the industry. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association where he serves on the Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG). The RESBOG is responsible for establishing legislative and regulatory policies and positions on residential lending issues. Mr. Middleman is also a member of the Housing Policy Executive Council (HPEC), an affiliate of the Financial Services Roundtable. The Council advocates for the benefits of a fully competitive and integrated housing market and represents dozens of leading national mortgage finance companies. Mr. Middleman has served on numerous advisory boards, including Freddie Mac, Ellie Mae, Inc., and Fannie Mae. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for NAHREP and the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Tim Allen, CMB is the President and Chief Executive Officer at aboutMYmortgage.com. Tim has over 20 years leadership experience in mortgage banking and is the founder and inventor of aboutMYmortgage.com. He is a past president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida and a past recipient of MBA of Florida’s “The Brown L. Whatley Award” awarded to Florida’s outstanding mortgage banker of the Year. Tim is a Certified Mortgage Banker.



Tom Millon, CFA, CMB is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Capital Markets Cooperative (“CMC”). Tom founded the Capital Markets Cooperative (“CMC”) in 2003 and built CMC into a market leader in the U.S. residential mortgage industry. Tom is one of the nation’s top executives in the mortgage capital markets. He is a recognized author, frequent speaker, an expert in mortgage finance. Tom serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of CMC, and is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of CMC’s lending subsidiary, CMC Funding, Inc. Computershare, Inc. (CPU:ASX), a global mortgage services provider, acquired CMC in April 2016. Tom graduated from The Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. He serves as a Director on the Board of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania’s Institute for Urban Research—a think-tank dedicated to housing reform and urban planning and design of cities around the world. Tom is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association where he serves on the MBA’s committee for GSE reform. Tom is also on the advisory board of the Common Securitization Platform—a joint venture between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, dedicated to standardizing the agency mortgage-backed security. Tom holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designations. He is FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Series 3 licensed and is a member of the National Futures Association, the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Security Analysts Society of San Francisco.

Dana Dillard has spent over 25 years in mortgage, with vast experience serving in different capacities across the industry. As Nationstar’s EVP of Corporate Social Responsibility, Dana oversees industry and government relations, nonprofit engagement, community outreach and our newly launched Office of Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to joining Mr. Cooper, Dana worked at GMAC RESCAP, where she managed the REO, Liquidations and Community Outreach teams during the peak of the housing crisis. She has held other senior leadership positions at EMC Mortgage, Bank of America Mortgage and Lomas Mortgage.
